Weather: sunny, mid-40s, VERY WINDY
Comments:
I drove to RFHS today with the intent of doing a track workout, but (A) it was windy as FUCK and (B) on the warm-up, I felt pretty tired and trashy: the L hip, and a little L heel and R hamstring -- just junky stuff. So I decided to bag it and just run easy.
Did the olllll' campus loop, then took that into the Kinni Trails, blue-balling the Lutzen to Ritz Hill via MacBride.
The legs came around and I felt pretty good, though definitely "tired" from the mileage increase. Focused quite a bit on quad activation AND picking up my feet (so as to decrease hip strain). Hip felt much better today on the run than yesterday, as I barely felt it.
