Comments:
Ran with Jeff, fairly uptempo. Not terribly sore or tired, which was nice. Worked on the "toe grip" R and, overall, getting length out of my hips.

No other run or weights post-work: figured I should rest.

R lumbar was sore at night. Work? Annoying...
