Came home last night after worked just wiped out. Not terrible, but definitely feeling the need to REST, especially with a couple nights of shitty sleep. Ate about a half a goddamn jar of PB with pretzals then went to "lie down for a while". "A while" turned into three hours. Woke up at 2000 thinking it was morning.

Got out of bed and called up Stef, this chick I met at a "Pre-Pre" party I went to last weekend with Danielle. Looks like we're going to "hang out" on Friday night. Pretty key. She looks and talks like Pam Beaseley from The Office, which is double-key.

Made some TRANs for Behrs and I, then hit the sack again. A bit difficult to fall asleep, but still slept wayyyy better through the night.

Woke up and did an easy 3 in Alton Baker. Checked out the "steep hill" that'll be in the 5K race Saturday. VERY TECH. It's short but steep as fuck. Definitely have to climb it with all 4s. Felt good on the run; calves better but still tech.

Lifted and circuits afterward. Found a sweet article about a guy from NJ/Minneapolis who lost 250lb by biking and eating well. Very inspirational!
