Comments:
Pretty OK workout today. I felt quite good on the warm-up to Hoffman, cutting a [too] quick pace. I figured that would equate to faster hill repeat times than last week, but I was wrong.
Did 4-4-8-4-4 on "Bertha Hill". These are definitely longer than 400s and 800s, but close enough. The damage:
1:43, 1:40, 3:10, 1:43, 1:39
Tough, but my form was good and my recovery fast. I tried not to dwell on the watch, but those times are pretty pathetic, even for a huge hill and rough terrain.
Did one more lap up top, then ran home. Did 3x30/30 in the last mile.
