Weather: hot but got better
Comments:
ran a crappy mile in 70, 2:20, 3:35, 4:45 feeling pretty worn out and nearly puked about 5 secs before the gun went off, just not really strong until the last lap, 2 mile started off really slow and unenthusiastic but rolled into it and felt better the second half, 5:20, 5:18 didn't kick hard at all and just tried to run relaxed, anchored a final freshman 4x4 with james, scott, and nico, dunno what the actual split was but felt really fast so i'll go with 55.5 just for kicks, not a spectacular meet but decent way to end the last dual meet
