Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After biking home, immediately went to run. Foci:
1.) hip extension, lengthening
2.) "toe pull" R + overall functional R LE drive
3.) HIGH & TIGHT RECOVERY: L LE with R LE ext drive = an attempt to limit braking.
#3 was interesting: felt much more compact and easier to 1st MTP engage on the L.
Ran pretty uptempo, then backed off in the last half, but still ran 6:36 last mile, which was solid. Heating up...
