Pretty good temp today. Felt sluggish in the first mile of the warmup but came around pretty well. Wasn't really feeling like anything up tempo but the first mile of the AT felt really good; too good, if anything. I was 5:30 pace in the first 800 and had to back off. Did 2.5mi at ~5:45 pace, which isn't bad for the "rugged" Mound loop.
Slow half-lap cooldown on top, then run home. I'm TIRED, a lot, but I guess that's what getting fit feels like...
