June 13, 2008 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Swim
Weather: Warm
Comments:
Ran in my pool. Here is the math.
The pool is an 18 foot diameter which means that the perimeter is 18(Pie).
The first few laps (until my watched died) I ran around 30 seconds per lap.
distance=R*T.
I'm using 1800seconds=30minutes
1800seconds * 18(pie)/30 seconds will give me my distance.
3392.920066ft which equals .64miles.
I'm hoping running in water is alot slower than running in air.
How I felt:
Ankle pain (one reason I stopped at 30 minutes).
Distance | Duration | Pace | Interval Type | Shoes |
---|---|---|---|---|
0.64 Miles | 30:00 | 46:52 / Mile |
