Weather: 55 or so
Comments:
This was the first real mileage I've done since the half marathon. Two weeks of speed work for some 5k's. This felt great. I ran what felt good and it ended up being 20 seconds faster than I was running a couple of weeks ago. I am now convinced that speed work is vital to good time at long distances.
