Comments:
Decent run with the fellas: no Ridgeline, ran to Amazon, then up to Hendricks via 24th + Fairmount. Took Ribbon trail to Laurelwood, then down via 24th again, through the old Masonic cemetary and back via Hilyard.
Very slow today - LB was sandbagging in prep for McKenzie...
Tired, but not sore from workout. Back good in PM.
