Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Weights at lunch, then run after work. Felt -OK-...not great. Stride felt pretty efficient, the effort solid+, but...just tired. Both lower abs were a bit sore/crampy -- too extended in the thorax? Too flexd in the pelvis? Fuck if I know...
Foci:;
1.) L flex + R extend/"open"
2.) arms/elbows
3.) thorax forward (butu inconsistent)
No yoga, post-run. Too tired.
