Man, I'm tired from friday. I ran really slow Probably 7:20's. Felt kinda trashy. Looking at my weekly mileage It is pretty strange to do all this hard work. After my race, I'm going to just build up mileage again. I feel pretty fit, but am lacking the base I need to really run fast.
