Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Chilly! Ran in a jacket, the longer Tugman loop because I had time. Felt "allergy tired" (fatigue, upper respiratory "sore), but otherwise good run.
FOCUS: "OPEN" the pelvis, but do not over-extend the hip!!! I think the reason why my SI is irritated (and not getting better) is this sub of hip ext for pelvic open/ext/ant tilt. Sore afteroon, but run felt great.
