Comments:
Ran a workout after work with LB, Tommy, Dr Wo and this James fella. Did 2x(4x400m) - 200 jog rests, 600m between sets. Plan was for 75s:

LB led odds, I led evens. FOCUS: "open" pelvis, don't over-extend hips, especially the right. Felt very effective BUT I felt myself tensing the R abs near the last couple reps - had to focus to open.

FELT AMAZINGLY EASY! Kept EASY breathing throughout the rep, especially working on forward/relaxed thorax. VERY cool.

1 mile warm up, 2 mile cooldown + pull-ups.

Wore the new adizeros. Not soft, but felt good.
