Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
9AM run with LB, Meghan, Dan-O, then Jeff Riley. Was legit hungover in the AM and R SI was sore. Almost didn't go, but decided to sport the SI belt.

EASY (8min pace) for 10 mi - to PRE/alton, then all the way to the end of the SPFD connector, then back into Alton. From there, we did a tempo for Meghan: 6:30 down to 6:20 pace along the river and back to LBs.

Felt CRAPPY on the slow stuff - half hangover - then felt good the first half of the tempo, but then the feet started to feel TERRIBLE in the last 3 miles. Ugh.

Focus: "opening" pelvis, flexing LEs....but I think I got too long in my stride near the end = a lot of braking. Poop.

Saturday PM: chilled out in the afternoon, then worked the duck game. Relaxing.
