Comments:
Good run on West PRE - back didn't feel too bad. Wore SI belt again.

FOCI: "opening" without extending, driving feet beneath me w/good "pattern"

Felt good and uptempo: 6:30 pace on the bark. Feet felt good.

AM: didn't do any UE work, but worked on my feet a lot.
