Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty tired today so kept it easy. Ran from Tamarack. Foci: "opening", trunk forward, push/pull directly beneath. Noted some tightness in abs, but might be residual.
Main focus: L ABS (+ R pelvic open). I think my L hammy's been tight because the L abs haven't been driving.
Felt relaxed and good.
FEET are feeling better, which is nice.
