Weather: windy (pensauken makes their own wind)
Comments:
ran in the 1600 , 4:36.9 for a new pr and a step in the right direction for me mile wise, went out relatively fast , could have run the middle two laps faster. finished ok. wasn't really feeling 100% leading up to the race which leads me to believe i can run faster.
