Weather: windy and cold

Comments:
Ran with the Running Revolution group, Laura first time out there. They did 2 sets of 800, 600, 400. We were late and did 400, 800, 600, 400. Rest was 3-4 minutes. (70, 2:29, 1:47, 67). .5M warm-up and 1M cool-doown with Laura. Just shaking out the legs basically. Felt pretty good.
