Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice, easy noon run after seeing Dr. Wo. Some R ab soreness...meaning I'm still tensing through there during faster (tempo) running. I think I do better on the shorter track stuff, even when faster. Might have to slow down the tempos, or break them up.
Good feedback - my painful callous on the L lateral toe is gone...and replaced with a tiny blister on the midfoot. I'd prefer nothing but this means I'm not over-striding/braking as much. :)
