Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a pool visit, then ran from Tamarack. Thought about doing it on Rexius, but figured I might as well do Amazon. Did x10 pull ups, some strides, then went for it. Watched the splits a bit more than usual, and felt really good and consistent: 5:47, 5:47, 5:46. Focusing on "opening" and compact up/down. Very sustainable.
