Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a bit before yoga; down through the Whitaeker, then back on the river. Kept it EASY but really worked on foot placement - straight up and down without braking my ass off.
Overall: the stride is coming along and the major issue (that L sided brake/R lumbar) is like 95% corrected. Now it's the up/down efficiency, which is going to take many weeks to improve. But even as I am now, it's still pretty solid.
Good yoga class (some of it hard, most of it pretty easy), then some beers/wine post-class with "Chill-C". Very good to hang out again.
