River Path tempo

Nice night but first DARK PM run/tempo of the fall. As I did a couple weeks ago, I decided to ease into it and really focus on form. Started a half mile out from VRC bridge, then did not look at splits til the end. Breathing well controlled and the form felt really good.

As BGD said, "the knee is getting too straight" in the IC phase, so...I finally figured out what it felt like to land with a flexed knee! It was weird but good!

Not too thrilling, running 6:00/mi, but fuck it - I needed the stride efficiency.

Pretty good yoga session, but they're TOUGH after a hard tempo session, which I only wrapped 30min pre-class. ALWAYS good to catch up with Chill-C after class. Talked about my CHURCHIN'... :p
