Perfect weather.... still cant find pace

I really went out with the idea of having a good run and keeping under 8 min pace and i really pushed hard to get it. Im so used to training at 7-7:30 on this with plenty of fuel left in the tank and Im givin all i got and runnin on empty during the runs.... Maybe i need to change my diet or mix some weight training back in.... IDK????
