Thought about doing an AT today but I was still really tired and trashed out. My R lateral quad is mega-trashed (and almost painful) and the calves didn't feel great, either. For the former: I'm pretty sure it's because I'm NOT toe-ing off with my big toe. Doing that -- and focusing on M quad loading -- made that soreness diminish. It's interesting all the crazy shit I can find out with my stride.
Felt pretty good on the run but not great -- 2 days post-workout, I spose. Did 3x30/30 in the last mile home. My "speed stride" is just awful. I feel like the train with square wheels from Land of Misfit Toys. I can only hope it'll come around as I do more and more fast running.
Got in some good studying this afternoon (AND before the run), then went to St Paul to hang out with some friends. TONS of coughing still at night...
