SORE this morning; uh-oh. I over-ran my stride on Friday, tweaking the R SIJ. This is what I was dealing with, daily in Sept. Bummer!

On the run it felt fine, just sore to lie on it and do single leg R stuff.

Pretty chill day: ran, did some errands, did a good "Convict" workout, then "worked"...

So today I wrote what I guess you could call a "love letter" to Chelsea. I felt like I had to say two more things that I didn't/sort of did on Monday:

1.) That there was magic/energy there our first day, that it's come in short bursts/glimmers since, that she's suppressing.
2.) That I need her to talk to someone about what's going on (not only with me, but with Jeff), to get + feedback and affirmation.

Bought super-nice stationary, and spent, like 5 hours at the library writing it - compete with sweet stick figure illustrations. I think it'll go over well, and it was a good, safe way for me to challenge her...with some love and humor mixed in. It's seriously awesome. :)
