Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
18 miles and it was warm. I had water about 2 miles apart and man it was toasty. I got a lil burnt on my back and chest but the run was good. I ran slightly slower than i wanted but was able to relax while i ran and didnt get sore at all. It felt good to go deep just a few weeks back into training and now im so thankful i didnt take off this winter and stayed healthy...... :)
