6 miles... tryin to keep under 8 min pace on hills

Warm and humid out. It was overcast and i think helped me cuz i got a lil later start in indian camp creek. My goal is to run an easy 1-2 miles and then adjust my pace to keep me under 8 min miles while i train in ICC. I was able to hit that today but i want to get it better cuz i had to push pretty good the last mile to get my time.
