Weather: 48, still wearing hat, gloves, jacket!

Comments:
Felt surprisingly good this morning after two straight days of <7hrs sleep. Felt OK on the run -- the "West Pre Trails Loop" -- but weights were a bit tough. I ran low on calories yesterday, so that might've been it.

Weighed in at 157.0 with work clothes this morning.
