Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
"Slept in" til about 730, then up, doing some "convict conditioning". Lots of push-ups, abs, and pull-ups. Gettin' ripped - that BGD Mirror has been getting some use!
Easy, easy run on west PRE trails around the pond. QUick turnover, symmetrical trunk. The usual. Back felt GOOD this AM; finally the AM soreness in the back is starting to abate.
