Weather: CSU fan treadmill

Comments:
1p, +1.0incline, progression run over the course 60minutes. had to go down to school for a meeting so I decided I could go hit the treadmill for a base-phase workout. pleasantly surprised that this wasn't too tough, but still a ways to go. in a couple of months 9.5 miles in an hour should be steady-state effort.

maybe I'll do a butter workout on Friday or Saturday.
