Comments:
Big loop, even though I got a late start.
Taped mid-morning, really focused on the quick R foot down, nice push off and a "tighter" flexion pattern on the L.
Forgot my lunch today...AND my wallet! So at noon, I was looking all over for some CAAAALORIES and all I could find was a sleeve of Clif Bloks! And Margarita flavored! So that's what I had. SO salty! Gross. But "no cramps" in the afternoon. :p
