SEHS lunch track session, solo

Been really cold here, lately! But dry and sunny...must've brought it up from NorCal.

Because of the Duck game, I decided to run my track session at lunch. About the same workout as last week, but with less rest.

Noticed some *significant* L shin soreness (whole muscle) as well as some R LBP - I think this is from slacking with mechanics (+braking downhill) on Tuesday, but not terrible, either one. Foam rolled the shin out beforehand and neither was an issue.

2 mi warm-up, x4 strides, then 6x300 w/100m jog, interval (rest):

Felt pretty smooth. Really focused on opening up the R pelvis and staying forward. Breathing in "easy" mode, but it was a hard effort to do solo. Also still tired from this weekend.
