Weather: high 30s, slight fog/dark
Comments:
Ran at 6:30 after work. Just "easy", though uptempo. All about the "Killian Butt" - normal lumbar extension and forward engagement, quick turnover. Ran pretty fast, even though tired. Would've run 6, but had to deuce halfway so cut it short.
FEET a lot less sore, because I'm not braking. This'll be a huge area of focus for my longer tempo tomorrow.
Had my last Spring Reign from '12 last night - I bet I held onto it for 8 months! :-p The '13 batch should be out in end Feb.
