Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 39, damp but no rain
Comments:
Pretty tired today from the last two hard days, legs felt heavy! This made the quick-turnover and foot-beneath emphasis more challenging. Again, the triumverate of focus:
1.) lumbar extension/"opening" pelvis
2.) trunk forward
3.) get feet beneath, quickly
Despite the fatigue, and my commitment to running easy, the pace was pretty respectable (<7:30, maybe 7:00). Stopped at two different pull up bars to rep out x10 fulls. No Britt sightings today.
Tonight: no run, gonna do a convict workout. Then likely back to Max's. One of the "nice draws" of Max's - besides Lonesome Randall and incredible beer - is they've got a FEW very friendly, attractive female bartenders. One in particular, "Whitney", is "particularly nice" to me; she was working again last night and implored me to return tonight, where we might share a beverage together after her shift ends. :)
Probably not the most ideal scenario, but golly, the intimacy tank is bone dry, and it's just been nice to have a woman smile at me. :) So...it's good.
