Weather: little breeze, very nice

Comments:
1M warm-up, 1.25M cool-down.

6x1000m @ Ipace (73-74) (3:04.4, 3:03.7, 3:03.2, 3:02.8, 3:03.9, 3:05.6) w/ 400m jog recovery (2:05-2:20).

Can't beleive how good I felt today after Sunday's race. The pace was uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Got tough the last 2 reps where a fast last 200 saved it (75, 2:28 =800m for final 2 reps). Feel like the race helped me get used to being unconfortable for long periods of time.
