Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Not terribly sore, but notably more sore on the L side - lateral quad and calf.
Biked at lunch with the space heater. Got things warm, and biked easy while talking to a recruiter on the phone. Felt fine. Stretched a bit afterward.
Did strength at night: 4 sets of push-ups, pull-ups, abs, and low back. Biceps/elbows SUPS sore!! There has to be something else beside the swivel. I've swiveled before, but this is nutty soreness. Maybe I was tensing too much?
