TIRED this morning, but allergy-tinged; felt fine by late AM. Massage by KRW at lunch time: 30 minutes. R side feels great, but L calf is thrashed, along with the lateral quad. The March/April project will be "pushing off the left"...once and for all!! Might include some annoying treadmill runs so I can monitor it.

Worked 'til 6, finished the column, went to Level Up to get a Spring Reign on tap (first of '13) and play "Spy Hunter", then went to LB's for the social part of the Hunt. Good to see everyone. When everyone left, we talked a bit about everyone criticizing AJW. LB: "The guys consistently overperforms, how can they criticize him? They'll never run as fast as him.". But my response was, he over-performs for intangible reasons, so he listing these tangible things he does (e.g. drinking 50-60oz water, having 6 Sierra Nevada PA's pre-WS) might not be super-helpful for people...
