SEHS "track workout"

Got out late, unfortunately, so it was some pseudo-speed on the track today, only. For this next "macro-cycle", the track session will be short interval sessions on Tuesdays.

Did some strides and side-skip drills, then started with some 200s: 200 medium hard (no watch - it broke!), then 200 jog rest. Moreover, I did them in reverse, so I had some challenge in keeping my trunk R/centered. After that, I decided to switch to hard 100s on the curve, easy 100m on the straight.

Did 1x200, then 10x100 curves. Then ran back.

Felt tired. It's been really nice here for several days, so the pollen is building...
