Weather: pretty nice, 60? Pollen-y

Comments:
Had a long lunch, so I ran a bit long. Felt heavy and clunky, as this was my first run back, post NVM. Had some L calf soreness, yet - had to stop and stretch it out.

No PM run, as I was volunteering at VIM.
