Busy afternoon, worked 'til six, then snuck out for a quick 4 before yoga.  Felt GOOD and FAST today; didn't want to run fast, but really wanted to work on the "Salazar pattern", of that rearward push and compact pull/return.  Also worked on the "L pushes R", per usual.  SOME L lateral foot soreness at work today, suggestive that my L ankle stiffened again, but fine during/after run.
Did this "4" loop in like 25 minutes!!
INTERESTING yoga class (well-documented already).  Ah, it was funny.  Heh...
