Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Hard workout. Harrrrddddd. Short rest 45 sec after 200s and 90 after 400. Longer rest between sets and for last set had longer rest between each. Ran 31-33 for 200's. 400's were I think 70, 71, 74. Did it with Steph, Jacy, Betel. Everyone had a hard time.
