20:58. Felt alright, but was alone the whole race and there were a couple tough hills. There was a 13:40 5k guy who runs for Zap fitness and a former dook runner (1:50, 3:42) who were around 19 flat. Good cooldown afterwards. Next race is the Tar Heel 10 miler in a month!
