Ran from work to my apt, so I could get the door unlocked. Man, it felt good to have possessions again! Gosh.

Stride felt GOOD. I was tired but not crazy allergic this morning; I forgot how good my legs feel on a PM run if I run in the AM!! My L foot was sore in the AM, but I taped after I showered and my foot was fine on that short run, and this afternoon.

Logging this, because I need to have "respectable" March! I'm hoping for 300mi for the month. That'd be solid, considering a week of zeros.

I was feeling a little "down" on my training the past several days, but then I spent some time looking at my R-Log from March '12. It was Garbage!! My stride was SO F'd up! I wasn't doing speedwork. I was "fit", I guess, but running miles, as if driving a car on a flat tire - what good is it, if mechanically F'd?

So I feel a lot better about March. I *am* worried about the lack of vert - my week was the polar opposite of BGD's - but there are some things that are out of your control. I felt like I did some quality work for being on vacation in a non-running geography.

I'm going to do 2-3 more Hardesty summits (7-10K vert) this week, before easing off - *slightly* - next week...
