Up early - couldn't really sleep, so I figured I'd get up.  Did laundry, then went for a run around 8ish.  
A little haggard from yesterday but not too bad.  "Forward and elbows", again.  I'd do window reflection checks: I still wasn't 100% "ideal" in my forward trunk engagement, which goes to show how "backward" I was, previously.  
Ran about 7:00/pace for the first half and glided down to about 6:30.  I think that's pretty good feedback - whether or not mid-6s is comfortable is an indicator of my form.  
A wee short of 10 (9.7 per mapmyrun) but we'll call it 10.  :)
Back's still a little sore: pre and post-run.  Didn't feel it at all on the run.  Did some stretching and light ab work pre-run to "set" my back where it needs to be...
