Comments:
Did some errands, including working on the iTunes playlist for Saturday. Shit like that always takes wayyy longer: had to re-import a ton of shit onto iTunes.
Also had to go buy an armband iPod holder. Ugh.
The plan tonight was to maybe do some light running/drills, strength AND go to the Y for a sauna/self-massage/stretch. I got the strength in, but no run. Got to the Y after 9PM, and was in the sauna for 20ish minutes, "sticking" the legs and getting in a good stretch. It was HOT.
We call it "culture" sessions because there are always interesting, chatty, naked people at the Y sauna, at 9PM on weekdays! This night didn't disappoint, either. :)
