Comments:
Pretty OK AT run today. Felt trashy after yesterday -- presumably for the past several days of running a lot/faster after 5 days off. Kept it easy on the warm-up, then did 4 strides in the Alton parking lot, then went after it.
Not a "huge" fan of fast running on PRE, but I didn't want to bike to adidas. Got only one split between 0 and 3 mi, and that was a quarter in 1:22. Settled down and kept the breathing easy.
Finished the 3-mile loop in 17:04. Not great, but pretty good considering the softness and keeping the breathing easy. Pretty much 5:40-lows. Not bad. Felt tired on the cool down and, again, I was super-dehydrated somehow once I finished. Gotta work on that.
Did circuits before running. Got my "glamour shot" done then went into work for a while...
