LONG day at work, but pretty good. Didn't do anything at lunch time. Should've worked on my race report, but haven't gotten much done other than getting my splits down.

After work: did a 2-set of strength before rushing over to the rink to skate. Felt good to move, but the GLUTS were mega sore! Kept it pretty easy (no hard sprinting). Fairly crowded again, but not terrible.

Went to Craig's as a "social guest" for the Hunt. It's Meghan's 52nd Bday, so hung out with her and the fellas. Heard Craig vent a bit about a lot of things going on behind the scenes at WS. Always interesting to hear...

SORENESS is rapidly disappearing, which is nice. No significant asymmetry, which is awesome! L foot and ankle feel fine, also a big relief.
