Weather: nearly 60? Sunny/breezy

Comments:
Ran at lunch, got out 5min early so went six mi. The first half mile I had L shin pain. F. I neglected to tape it for about 3 days and started getting lateral foot pain (my cue it's locking up). Had it taped today, but still "off". Post-run: it was locked up. Ughzies. Not a huge deal, I don't think. Just annoying.

Felt tired and clunky, like it was two days post-race, not 9. Oh well. Both hammies a little tight. The "bow to your sensei!" stride felt pretty good: "running through a 5'11" tunnel", good arms, butt back, etc.

Allergiez are really whipping up. Feel better after a second zyrtek this afternoon...
