West PRE + Fairmount (+around Skinner Butte pre-add)

Weather: 70s, nice!

Comments:
Ran "easy"/moderate after work, and after meeting #2 with Tensegrity, which went well. Stretched a lot to loosen up.

Ran around Skinner Butte behind the apt to pre-add some distance, then ran through Alton. Ran into Danielle (a friend from Wisco who works in town - she's also a runner and PT AND she went to my same PT school - not sups "into her" - and it's weird how little we see each other, given those commonalities), and ran with her for a mile before peeling off.

Felt "OK" on this run, just a little stiff and clunky. Clocked 7:00 pace for the mid-sections, maybe faster near the end.

I think part of my "slow recovery" has been "forgetting" about what it feels like to be low-carb at the end of the day. End of the day runs, after working and not carbing, are TOUGH. This one was one of those "low-ish" runs. But overall it was a solid run. I THINK I'm coming around again...

Stretched and foam rolled a TON tonight, post-run.

Got to be at 9PM again...solid.
